The sun is blazing, and so is the attitude: Backalley shows street style in glaring light, among palm trees, asphalt and leopard-print sneakers, in colour and in black and white. Harsh sun is honest but unforgiving. We tamed the contrast without flattening the mood, rendered the metallic leggings with shine rather than chaotic creases and kept the mirrored lenses under control.
